Order Cancellation Policy
Before Warehouse Dispatch: If you decide to cancel your order before the supplier facility has packed and dispatched the component, you may cancel for a full refund by calling or emailing our support desk immediately.
After Dispatch: If the item has already been picked up by the logistics carrier, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit and must follow the standard return procedure.
30-Day Return & Replacement Policy
Inspection Window: Inspect your part upon delivery. We offer a **30-calendar-day return window** starting from the recorded delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Item: If a part arrives physically damaged during transit or does not match the agreed-upon VIN interchange, notify us within 48 hours at Parts@a1autospare.com with photos of the part, the shipping label, and your VIN. We will coordinate a free replacement or arrange return freight.
Part Condition: To be eligible for a return, the part must be returned in the condition received with original supplier stamps, heat tabs, or marking paint intact. We cannot accept returns on parts that have been disassembled, modified, or improperly installed.
Refund Processing Timelines
Once the returned component arrives at the supplier facility and undergoes routine return verification:
Your refund will be approved and initiated back to your original method of payment .
The refund appears on your bank/credit card statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing cycles.
