Scope of Services & Sourcing Model
A1AutoSpare.com operates strictly as an independent procurement broker and sourcing service for automotive components across the United States.
We do not manufacture, hold, store, or physically stock car parts.
By submitting payment, you authorize A1AutoSpare.com to act as your agent in securing and purchasing the requested component from an independent automotive recycler, dismantler, or parts distributor within our network.
Quotations, Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Quotes reflect the component cost, supplier sourcing fees, and estimated shipping to your designated US location.
In rare cases where a sourced component fails final warehouse pre-shipment quality inspection or has already been sold locally before order placement, we will contact you immediately to provide an alternate match or issue a full 100% refund.
Vehicle Fitment & Buyer Responsibility
While our sourcing team uses industry-standard VIN interchange systems to match components, the customer is ultimately responsible for confirming engine size, transmission code, emissions standard (e.g., California vs. Federal emissions), and body trim.
If you are unsure of your part number or fitment, please contact our support desk at Parts@a1autospare.com with your VIN before dispatch.
Limitation of Liability
Because we act solely as an independent procurement and sourcing facilitator:
Our maximum liability to the customer is strictly limited to the Sourcing Fee paid directly on A1AutoSpare.com.
Inquiries regarding physical part condition, warranties on metal/mechanical failure, and yard-specific return policies are governed by the selling yard's commercial terms.
DiFT Solutions and A1AutoSpare.com are not liable for mechanic labor charges, installation fees, towing expenses, loss of vehicle use, storage charges, or car rental fees under any circumstances.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable trade regulations, commercial statutes, and the registered entity registrations of DiFT Solutions.
